Horizontal Injection Moulding Machines

Roots Polycraft has 13 Horizontal Injection moulding machines ranging from 50T to 550T and capable of producing components with weight ranging from 1gm to 2500gms.

Our Horizontal injection moulding machines are equipped with multiple core puller programming facility which enables us to process components with complicated profiles.

We process components using various types of moulds like Hot runner, Hot sprue, Cold runner, Two plate and Three plate moulds.Having an efficient cooling system which greatly improves the quality of products with lesser cycle times.

We process components with Over moulding, Mesh inserted moulding and Collapsible core moulding.

Vertical Injection Moulding Machines

Roots Polycraft has 4 Vertical Injection moulding machines with single sliding bed and 1 Vertical injection moulding with Rotary table.

We process components with insert moulding, wire moulding and Encapsulation of inserts with Nylon 66 in vertical machines

Components with multiple inserts is possible with vertical machines with highest quality.

Ultrasonic Welding Machines

Roots Polycraft has 4 ultrasonic welding machines , Horn assemblies and Oil filter assemblies are carried out in Ultrasonic welding machines.

Plastic to Plastic and Plastic to Metal – welding is possible using Ultrasonic welding machines which has pulling loads upto 50 Kg.

Uniform welding with higher strength is ensured with our unique component design and energy directing profiles.

Extrusion Machines

Roots Polycraft has 2 Extrusion machines for producing HDPE and Nylon pipes with 5mm OD and 4mm ID ,with a close tolerance of +/- 0.05 mm and TPE sleeves for protection of vehicle cables.

Our Extrusion machines are attached with auto cutting facility and excellent haul off facility with adjustable inlet and outlet roller guides, positive drive belt with pressure distribution rollers which ensures accuracy of diameter and length.
